Do I need any prior knowledge of Chinese?
Not at all! We welcome complete beginners. Our teachers will start from scratch and progress at your pace.
How are lessons delivered?
All lessons are conducted online via video call (Zoom, Google Meet, or your preferred platform). You just need a computer or phone and a stable internet connection.
Can I reschedule a lesson?
Yes, lessons can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Please contact us to arrange an alternative time.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Stripe payment system.
